Contacts are synchronized in real-time from your computer to your iOS app. This feature allows a secretary to update contacts on the online management tool while a salesperson is on the road, ensuring seamless syncing. The auto dialer is versatile both inside and outside the office and primarily operates hands-free, enhancing productivity by automating the sales calling process.
You can set up campaigns with the dialer with the aim of having conversations with individuals in specific segments. The call looper continuously auto-speed-dials through the list until conversations are established with everyone, while also automatically skipping contacts already contacted during a campaign.
A predictive call analysis & forecasting engine advises on the optimal calling times, identifies key interactions, highlights challenging-to-reach contacts, and recommends suitable calling times - all to streamline operations on-the-go!
